The mishap was exacerbated by treacherous weather conditions leading to unsafe driving.

A spokesperson for Twain provided details on the situation in a statement to USA TODAY, confirming that multiple vehicles were affected. They also conveyed that those among the production crew in need of medical attention had been promptly transported to nearby hospitals. The statement expressed gratitude to the emergency services teams for their swift response and ongoing assistance, while also requesting patience as they care for their tour family.
The Saskatchewan Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) disclosed that they received a report about a rolled coach bus on Highway #1, east of Wolseley, Saskatchewan, at around 7 a.m. Poor road conditions led to the closure of the highway from Wolseley eastward to the Manitoba border. In an update provided later in the day, the RCMP mentioned that 13 individuals had been treated in the hospital for injuries characterized as non-life-threatening. The Indian Head RCMP is actively investigating the incident.
